For those who have read my “About Us” page on this site you will hopefully have gleaned the fact that I am well and truly retired and what I have created and set up here on this blog is in fact far more of a ‘hobby’ than it is a business…..but let me tell you a little about the purpose of this blog

I have spent over 5 years online now and continue to enjoy ‘showing’ folk how to build web sites from scratch, how to blog, how to be a ‘good’ affiliate and indeed a few marketing tips……yet it is only recently that I decided to turn my knowledge into what is a pretty well teach yourself blog site, as you can glean from the menu to the left – the content is pretty hefty. Full of videos, hints, tips along with some power point presentations plus other bits and pieces that I believe are useful to the beginner.

Of course to take full advantage of the content you actually DO need to join…..and unless you do there will be some of the ‘posts’ that you may not have access to without being a member…..only fair that any ‘working’ hints & tips should be for members only wouldn’t you agree!!

And for those that have the time you can benefit from TWO live online training sessions per week as well as a regular Friday morning surgery where you get to have your questions and/or problems resolved via LIVE online demonstrations to answer your particular problem…

The posts will be a feed into some hints and tips for the sort of things Real Beginners need to know about and learn about BEFORE they can expect to succeed online…..more later – for now, tks for reading.

A “true” welcome to the “REAL Beginners” & “Silver Surfers” from “The Old Fella” – yes, that is me on the right (at the top of the page)

The first question“Real Beginners” tend to ask will hopefully be along the lines of ‘ what is this site all about and HOW can it help ME?

My initial answer to that question is to ask you one or two of my own in return !!

WHAT are YOU looking for – WHAT do YOU want to learn?

IF your answer to that question is that you would like to:

  • Learn how to create, publish and run a Blog. – OR

  • Learn how to create, publish and run your OWN Website/s.- OR

  • Learn HOW to set up and run a small business online to earn some cash from.

SIMPLE – NON-TECHIE – EASY TO UNDERSTAND FORMAT

  2. Then, check the menu on the left – you will not be able to view ALL the pages of course, not until or unless you register as a member via the “Join Here” page.

  3. Secondly, do please take a look at the “About Me” page – learn a little more about ME – who I am and where I am coming from.

  4. Thirdly, check out the “testimonials” – they ARE real and I have little doubt that if you wanted to talk to or email any of them they would be happy to hear from you and endorse their own comments directly to you too!
