Just a few lines to say “thank you” for the Beginners Help and information that I have found on your site.
I have seen many sites promise this but yours is the only one that I have seen actually deliver the step by step approach so necessary for some of us!
After many years, finally web site building, blogging and marketing is coming together and starting to make sense to me.
I appreciate the time and trouble taken to help and answer my many questions. This has given me a renewed sense of actually being able to get to grips with the internet and all the techie stuff that goes with it.
Your site has become my “fountain of knowledge “ and I return time and again because I know that I will find answers there – and IF they are not there I know where to come to get them !

I have been listening to both your training session and the surgery where we get to resolve ‘our’ questions as well as subscribing to your site for over a year now and have nothing but praise for what you have done for me and indeed, anyone who joins the club. As a fellow oldie, I share a lot of your reservations about the way internet marketing is developing, but you are the only person on the internet I feel I can trust implicitly to tell it as it is. You readily admit to not knowing all the answers, does anyone?, but will not recommend anything which you have not tried for yourself and concentrates on utilising free information where possible. I like this and am sure anyone else who joins you will also find it refreshing.

Three months ago when I first joined the beginners/silver surfers group I didn’t have a clue about WordPress.
I had tried various learning techniques and even did a online wordpress course, but I just couldn’t get to grips with the way it was being taught. Since joining you my confidence and skill levels have improved tremendously. The way you teach, and the patience shown on any questions is very much appreciated. The group sessions are excellent.
I would be happy to recommend your Club and the support provided to anyone, whatever age, who wants to learn from the ground up, and most importantly, in easy to follow ‘beginners speak’ that you use to show people about making websites, blogs and much more besides.

Hello Ron,
I am so pleased to have found The Beginners Help Desk and the Live Training that you do.
Your training goes at a pace which I can follow. It is in plain English and if I am still unsure of how to do something, there is a Live Training session and A Surgery to answer my question specifically.
I appreciate the time taken to put, for example – “How to build a web site” into a language which I can understand. I have managed to make more progress this last few weeks than I have done in the previous years!!
Please don’t stop, your help is invaluable!

Hello Ron,
Thank you so much for your common sense approach to building websites etc without the need for loads of technical knowledge.
In the short time that I have been attending your webinars I have learnt so much, and gained the confidence to believe in myself and my abilities to set up and run my own business from home.
In the past I have borrowed books from the library and inversted in courses on “how to” on any number of subjects relevant to building a home based business, and sure they were informative (I think) but they weren’t aimed at an inexperienced newbie like me.

“I have been looking to launch my web site for some time.
I have explored various web publishing programmes – some free, some purchased. What I have found is that nothing beats having a basic understanding of ‘simple’ Tables and some very ‘basic’ html.
And the source of the information that I have found by far the most useful is YOUR Beginner’s Guide. This has been one of the best investments I have ever made.
You keep everything so clear and simple.
It’s ideal for a beginner even if, like me, you start with no knowledge of the subject.
By following YOUR step by step guide, I have been able to construct my own web site in a shorter time than it took me to try to come to grips with any of the so called easy to use, “what you see is what you get” programmes.

Dear Ron,
When I started your classes I did not have any idea what I was doing, but you soon changed that for me.
The easy steps to follow made it very ‘easy’ to do and understand. Of course I made lots and lots of notes and after I studied them a bit I then practiced, practiced and practiced again just as you said I should. This is the main thing you must do as you always need to take the action and do something with the invalueable information, help & support you provide.
This I did as well as getting some pointers on what to improve and what to take out. So with this advice I have moved from a beginner to a success story and I am really very happy with the result.
I am still learning lots of things along the line this is just the beginning.
I just want to say a very big thank you and let you know I will follow your classes always.

Hi Ron,
just a short note to say how much I am gaining, enjoying and understanding, from your beginner friendly, non technical, training course.
I went with you, because all the other people I have tried to learn from assume you know how to make a website. Your down to earth, concise instruction is just what I need.
The lack of technical jargon is making it stick in my head, and I feel confident that, with a lot of practice, I will be able to do what I want with webselling.

I thought I’d let you you know how much I’ve learned from your training course for beginners like me.
I’d truly thought I’d never get the hang of how to understand how a website is put together or a blog for that matter. Now that I’ve learned my ” A B C’s” from your truly easy peasy training course the penny has “dropped!”
I look forward to finally getting my internet marketing career of the ground and, I really do mean this, it was down to you Ron.
It could be argued you don’t need to know how websites are formed, well, if you want to be unique, and that’s important if you really want to succeed on the internet, then you need to understand just what is required in putting up “your own” website.
The way you explain it without all the “techie” jargon is brilliant.
And finally, I can’t believe what you are charging for this superb training. I have paid a fortune (actually I’d be ashamed to admit how much!!) for online training only to be “trained” by a guy who assumed I had a PHd in computer science.
Like I said earlier you took me from A B C and never ever spoke to me in “computer speak”.

Ron is unique. I challenge anyone to find me his equal. Retired, in his 70s, ex Royal Navy, ex self employed businessman running his own his kitchen business, he tried, a few years ago, to get started in internet marketing. Like me he bought products which were supposed to make him rich but they only made him poorer and wasted his time.
He kept trying but he only kept on getting poorer. Finally he got angry. He decided that if nobody was going to show him what to do he would teach himself and that, with some help from a millionaire whom you will probably meet later, is what he did.
I heard of him when he ran his first one day seminar for 50 participants. I checked it out at the time but it cost more than £100/$150 and since I couldn’t afford it, I didn’t go.
A year went by. I was still wasting my money buying products, getting poorer, getting angrier, getting depressed when an envelope arrived one day with a compliment slip in it saying, “It’s been suggested that I introduce you to this man.” That was how I met Ron.” I was on the point of sending an e-mail to five ‘experts’ suggesting something which I felt would help beginners like me so I included him in the mailing.
Four didn’t reply at all. One said, “Very busy, maybe later.” Ron wrote me a long reply telling me, with enormous delicacy and tact, that I hadn’t a clue (my words not his) and that I had a steep learning curve to climb.
Then, instead of selling me one of his products which he would have been entirely entitled to do, he sent me a treasure trove of learning materials ENTIRELY FREE OF CHARGE. That was my starting point and he has coached me ever since all the way to my blog and beyond. Everything I have I owe to him. If you are a beginner and you get a chance to be trained by Ron, grab it with both hands. Don’t think about it. Do it. If you hesitate the opportunity may pass you by. Where would I be now if I had thrown that compliment slip in the waste bin? Opportunity often knocks only once.

HI Folks
If you are a Newbie or Beginner – Ron’s training is an absolute must. I can honestly say he helped me tremendously & as a consequence I made considerable progress & know if I wanted to put in the effort I could make a full time living from the internet in it’s current form.
Because of Ron (in the main) my pension gets topped up very nicely & I play more golf & can afford to visit my Grandchildren far more often than would have been possible otherwise.

I can remember first seeing Ron at one of Nick’s workshops where he stood up at the front and explained how to start building a web site using HTML.
No board, no presentation slides, just hand movements.
People in the audience were turning and saying ‘oh, that’s so easy now that someone’s explained it that way’, and such like.
Ron’s got a way of getting it across to beginners that no one else has.
If you get a chance, go to his beginner’s workshop on 22nd July ’11 for the best training you’ll likely to get.
If he uses a whiteboard, it’ll be a killer session, I reckon.

Hi guys,
Well I have just finished another session on Ron’s beginners course today. This guy is a gold mine of info.
As a relative beginner to the internet or an established seller on eBay / Amazon selling (like me), no matter what you think YOU know he will add a new dimension to it.
If you have ever dreamt of running an internet business but have not got yourself into gear, get yourself on this fast track beginners workshop. It will open door you never knew existed!!
You will not look back… I won’t, I now have tonnes more (workable) knowledge which no one can take away..!
